3. Payments
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of any project.
Services may require:
full payment in advance, or
a deposit prior to project initiation
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Project Scope
Services will be completed based on the agreed scope outlined during consultation or in written communication.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require:
additional fees
revised timelines
5. Communication
KDC Virtual Services provides support primarily through:
email communication
project management platforms
scheduled consultations
Phone support may not be available unless previously arranged.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will retain ownership of completed deliverables unless otherwise specified.
KDC Virtual Services reserves the right to:
showcase completed work in portfolios
display projects as part of marketing materials
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Some services involve third-party platforms such as:
GoHighLevel
social media platforms
scheduling or automation tools
KDC Virtual Services is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or technical issues related to these platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
KDC Virtual Services will not be held liable for:
loss of business or revenue
website downtime caused by third-party platforms
issues arising from client-provided content
platform policy changes
Clients acknowledge that digital services involve external systems beyond our control.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
Upon termination:
all outstanding invoices must be settled
any completed work will be delivered once payment obligations are fulfilled
